Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pariall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including UAE law if you are in the UAE. Pariall is not available in jurisdictions where prediction markets or similar activities are prohibited.
Account & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Prohibited Content
You may not create bets on illegal activities, personal harm, events that cannot be objectively verified, or content that violates UAE law or public policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Liability & Disclaimers
Pariall is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of outcomes or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited as set forth in applicable law.
Disputes & Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pariall shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you are in a free zone (e.g., DIFC, ADGM) where different rules may apply.
